Hi Friends! what I made was a cool spongy cake in a glass and it was very easy to do. Do you also want to know its recipe ? Then let's learn it together :
1- Take 3 tablespoons of curd and mix it well.
2- Now take three tablespoon of powdered sugar and mix it with the curd mixture.
3- Mix this with two tablespoons of vegetable oil or melted butter.
4- To this mixture add half a cup of maida, half teaspoon of baking powder , pinch of salt -all seived together and mixed little by little into the curd mixture.blend it well.
5- Add half teaspoon of vanilla essence then blend it well.
6- Now heat a deep pan with 1 cup common salt in base with lid on. now grease the steel glasses with little oil & fill with the mixture upto three fourth of glass volume. tap it on the kitchen counter.
7- Now put the glasses inside the pan and cover the lid. make sure the lid has a vent.
8- Cook for thirty minutes on low flame.
9- Cool and transfer it in a plate upside down and Enjoy ! :)
